Permeneutics is a confluence of multiple words. I have created it using the word Hermeneutics and a letter P. This letter P primarily stands for Programming. But, it also stands for Phenomenology, Process, Principles, People, and Postulation, recursively. Hermeneutics is the Art of Understanding and even that of Being Understood. When hermeneutics is adapted and applied to P, it becomes Permeneutics.

Hermeneutics is a branch of Knowledge. It's also referred to as a philosophy of interpretation. It traditionally deals with methods of interpretations, understanding, and derivation of meaning from a given script or symbolic representation. Applying and adapting Hermeneutics to Software Programs and Programming can improve the quality of comprehension, implementation, and construction process of Software.

From my perspective, Permeneutics is a system that I have evolved over several years. A system that gives me a foundational thought process provides me with rules, techniques, and a mental framework. It allows me to develop working skills that enhance the quality of both the Program ( Software ) and Programming ( Software Construction ), making the endeavor effective, efficient, elegant, enduring, elastic, easy ( effortless ), eco-friendly and economical.
